⏤ FOR FARMERS, BY FARMERS

Some of us learned to love the land before we learned to read.

OUR STORY ↓
⏤ OUR STORY
We remember the smell of morning fog rolling across the fields. The sound of boots and hooves on concrete at 2 a.m. The chill of the barn in winter. We didn’t grow up “near” farming — we grew up inside it, shaped by it, proud of it.

Our CEO was eight years old the first time he milked a cow on his family’s dairy in Hanford, California. Our VP of Dairy Relations carries three generations of San Joaquin Valley soil in his blood.

Our EVP and Chief of Communications watched her father — a good man, a hardworking man — be brought to his knees by regulations he couldn’t fight, over a waste problem no one had solved. She never forgot that. None of us have.

For over fifty years, the safe disposal of animal waste has been the wound that wouldn’t close — the problem that piled regulation upon regulation with no real answer underneath. Dairy farming, and animal agriculture as a whole, has been suffocating slowly. And the people who bear that weight are our people.

That’s why Global Regenesis exists.

Not because we saw an opportunity in a market. Because we saw an industry we love fighting for its life — and we refused to look away.

We took the proven science of thermal gasification and applied it to something the industry had never had — a complete, clean, 100% solution for agricultural waste. No more half-measures. No more hoping the regulators will show mercy. Just a real answer, built with the grit of people who have never been afraid of hard work.

We are not outsiders handing farmers a solution. We are the farmers — or the children of farmers — who finally found one. And we are not stopping until every family that has poured their heart into this land has a fighting chance to keep it.

⏤ OUR MISSION

A World of Sustainable Agriculture

Agricultural farming around the globe produces pollutants that leach into the soil, diminish its productivity, and contaminate precious water supplies — threatening food security and human survival.
It is an unsustainable, worldwide economic and humanitarian crisis.
With state-of-the-art thermal gasification technology, Global Regenesis converts this polluting waste into valuable byproducts — clean healthy water, renewable energy, and soil enhancements that increase crop production. GRI is not just another business; it is a mission to repair the land and help neighbors in need.

⏤THE CRISIS

A Market Defined by Regulatory Urgency

Animal-waste disposal through land application is contaminating air, soil, and underground water tables across California’s agricultural heartland — putting entire dairy operations at risk of complete shutdown if no solution is found.

⏤ CORE TECHNOLOGY

The Gasification-Driven Biowaste System (GDBWS)

GRI’s foundational offering is its proprietary GDBWS — the only commercially available system that completely eliminates land disposal of animal waste while generating six distinct, revenue-producing byproduct streams.
GRI will own and operate all GDBWS systems, placing them on dairy farms under contractual arrangements — so participating farmers have no further need to handle, store, or process manure.
Capital cost for GRI is approximately $12 million per 3,500-head increment of participating dairy cattle, with both full-scale and mobile gasification models available to fit operations of varying size.
Thermal gasification is already commercially operational in the U.S., Russia, and Saudi Arabia. No proof of concept is required.

⏤ OUR PLATFORMS

Two Powerful Waste Streams

GRI operates two complementary gasification platforms, each targeting a high-volume, underutilized agricultural waste stream with proven commercial potential.

DAIRY PLATFORM
DAIRY PLATFORM

California Dairy Manure Gasification

California is the country’s largest dairy-milk producing state, with roughly 1,200 dairies and more than 1,710,000 animal units. The largest concentration of dairy animals in the world sits in the San Joaquin Valley, centered in Tulare County — GRI’s ideal commercial launch site. The GDBWS system eliminates land disposal entirely while generating six revenue streams that make participation financially attractive at zero capital cost to farmers.
NUTSHELL PLATFORM
NUTSHELL PLATFORM

Almond & Pistachio Shell Gasification

California produces roughly 80% of the world’s almonds and a dominant share of global pistachios. Together these crops generate hundreds of thousands of tons of shell waste each year — a low-cost, reliable, carbon-negative feedstock that is currently underutilized. GRI’s nutshell platform converts this waste stream into durable value through advanced soil science.
⏤BIOCHAR

Climate-Smart Soil Regeneration

Biochar is a highly desirable soil additive — and a major revenue source for GRI — that can counteract the soil conditions that have taken acreage out of production or reduced crop yields. Biochar from manure gasification creates a reliable, commercial-scale supply that has never existed before.
Sustainable biochar systems are carbon-negative: they transform the carbon in biomass into stable structures that can stay sequestered in soil for hundreds or even thousands of years — producing a net reduction of CO₂ in the atmosphere.
PROVEN SOIL BENEFITS

Reduces nitrogen leaching into groundwaterIncreases cation-exchange capacityBalances soil acidityImproves water retentionBoosts beneficial soil microbesReduces N₂O and CH₄ emissionsStimulates plant growthRemoves up to 90% of toxic metals from water

Water Contamination Treatment

Char can treat stored water and eliminate most contaminants through physical trapping and chemical bonding. Its uniquely porous structure can remove up to 90% of certain toxic metals and up to 85% of organic pollutants — giving it a second life as a natural water-filtration medium.
⏤ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Eliminating Land Disposal Entirely

The complete elimination of manure land disposal creates transformative benefits — for the farmer, the community, and the planet.

🌎

Zero Environmental Impact

Eliminates any possible air, land, and water contamination from manure management.
💰

Improved Farm Profitability

Significantly reduces or eliminates manure-management costs while adding valuable new revenue.
💧

Water Table Recovery

Turns the dairy into a carbon-negative enterprise that recovers nutrient-free water, easing groundwater drawdown.
🛡

Legal Indemnification

⏤WHY GRI

Unmatched Competitive Advantages

No competing system can match GRI’s combination of complete waste elimination, profitability, and zero cost to the farmer.

01
The Only Complete Solution
GRI’s GDBWS is the only system that fully eliminates land disposal of agricultural waste. No other technology achieves this outcome.
02
Proven Technology
Thermal gasification is commercially operational in the U.S., Russia, and Saudi Arabia. No proof of concept is required — GRI deploys at commercial scale from day one.
03
Zero Capital Cost to Farmers
GRI owns and operates all systems, removing the primary cost barrier to adoption. Farmers gain a revenue-generating partner at no upfront cost.

⏤OUR STORY

Founded to Break the Cycle

The world depends on agriculture to feed its people, and agriculture ultimately depends on clean, abundant groundwater. Today’s agricultural farming is working against itself — caught in a death spiral of nitrate pollution from raising the very animals and food we need.

Global Regenesis, Inc. was founded to break this cycle. Its adapted thermal gasification of agricultural waste prevents nitrate leaching and groundwater contamination while simultaneously generating profitable byproducts — which means participation can be offered to farmers free of charge, and is therefore deeply attractive.

“Regenesis” means giving new life and sustainability — not only to the earth, but to the people who call it home. Abundant food, clean healthy water, renewable energy, and communities where environmental health and human flourishing go hand in hand.
⏤COMMUNITY IMPACT

One Blue Sky Foundation

Through our self-funded One Blue Sky Foundation, GRI envisions communities where no one is left struggling. Each year GRI will donate a percentage of its profits to One Blue Sky, which channels those funds into the local communities where our plants operate — to help those who are truly in need.

🌤️ Environmental health and human flourishing — together
⏤OUR VISION

A Planet in Regenesis

We envision a world where Sustainable Agriculture is the norm, not the exception — where farming operations turn pollutants into prosperity. Waste that once leached into the soil and contaminated air and water becomes clean renewable energy, purified water, and organic soil enhancements.
We prove that environmental responsibility and economic success can be inseparable. Our technology creates attractive new revenue for farmers while reducing their operating costs — demonstrating that doing well and doing good are one and the same.
